Kristen & Ben are married

I don’t quite know how to sum up this wedding so I’m just going to make a list of all the things I loved…

1. Kristen’s style. Her gown, earrings, bridesmaids dresses and jewelry were all stunning. This is weird, I know, but she is so genuinely beautiful it makes me a bit emotional!?

2. Ben’s style. That suit & those shoes. Very dapper.

3. Their first sight. One of a kind.

4. The Round Barn. I was giddy shooting this venue.

5. The cakes. The wedding cake was covered be beautiful detail. Rice Krispy cake with chocolate fondue, speaks for itself.

6. Dinner. I’ve been to a lot of weddings but they had the best food EVER!

Those are just a few highlights from me. Here are the wedding photos, enjoy!

Venue: Round Barn | Pond Creek, OK

Yay!! Love them, Erin!!

It’s the Holiday Season!

Our apartment is allllll decorated for Christmas! I liked sharing my fall decor so I thought I might as well do a post about my Christmas decorations too.  (Forgive me if it looks kinda similar to the fall post, I just have 700 sq/ft to decorate?!) Let’s start with the bookshelf, I made my own printable!! But more about that in a second. As you can see I like pine cones. Especially little  pine cones, like the little guy on top of the stack of books!

Here is the printable! I will confess, I did get most of the idea off Pinterest. BUT I did think to add “the Lord has come” part. And I really did make it myself in Photoshop. I used Office Depot’s print shop again and had this printed on off-white paper. Cost a total of $0.80. If you like it as much as I do & want a copy for your house, just e-mail me and I’d be happy to send you the file.

Is it weird that a lot of my decorations come from the produce section at Reasors? I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with them, but I bought a bag of cranberries. I decided to make use of some of my little glass bottles & filled them with cranberries. I like the way it turned out.

Here’s the tree!! This little guy was passed down from my sister-in-law, Samantha. She got it a billion years ago on a Black Friday sale & the original lights still work! It’s perfect for our apartment and I like the “rustic” feel it has. The tree skirt is just plaid fabric I found at an estate sale. Oh and that is my beautiful niece, Savannah!

Here are some of my favorite ornaments…That is my adorable husband on the far right!

Here are some of Brian’s favorite ornaments…he calls them “conversation pieces”

Next is our mini-mantel. Two the nutcrackers are Brian’s and two I borrowed from my mom. The stockings speak for themselves…Brian’s could hold a small child and mine has three toes?!

Here are some other decorations around the apartment…Hope sign on the entry table, the glittery snowman is on my desk, I spray painted some pine cones gold & the little fun tree is in the kitchen.

Here’s more decorations from the produce section of Reasors.

I even put a little bit of christmas decor in our bedroom. I saw a Pottery Barn bed with garland across the head board and loved the way it looked so naturally, I copied.

Oh my gosh – I love it! The garland on the bed is cute – I never would have thought of that! Oh, and I love the “mantel” – our stockings are hung on a windowsill so I would say yours is a step-up from ours!

Erin super cute!! Loved all your decor! Haha the conversation pieces love it!

Sarah & Chad are engaged

I’m loving this engagement session! We were so happy that Foolish Things Coffee let us use their shop for the session. If you haven’t been to Foolish Things yet, you really need to go. Sarah and Chad were really great to work with and are simply adorable together!! Here are a few of my favorites…
